The minimum income requirement is $350 per month or $500 per quarter for simple small businesses. For larger or more complex businesses, we will develop a custom package. Pricing varies based on the complexity, size, and desired services.
GENERAL BOOKKEPING
All clients receive same commitment to quality and these general services:
• Manage and categorize all bank and credit card activity on a weekly basis.
• Reconcile all bank and credit cards accounts to third party statements.
• Review any unreconciled activity.
• Review all balance sheet and income statement accounts for reasonableness.
• Produce monthly financial statement.
• Any correspondence necessary to complete the financial statement.
TAXES
Tax services are billed at a rate of $275 per hour, with a minimum charge of 2-3 hours for straightforward returns. The total cost may vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of your tax situation, the number of questions you have, and any challenges we encounter in gathering the required information to complete your return.
Please note that more intricate returns or those requiring extensive documentation may incur additional charges.
