We are currently working on an electronic time sheets system with GPS tracking so that we can ensure all logged time is spent at the proper job site.  We not only help implement this technology but we can also train you and your staff.  Plus, we actively manage the activity reported on the timesheet. 

We can also help with an electronic receipt scanning system. This is one huge step away from that dreadful shoe box.  This also ensures that all information related to your project is captured immediately and imported into QuickBooks Online, so you can track your expenses in real time.

Provide Administrative & Project Management Support

All of our construction clients will be assigned a dedicated account manager that will manage all communication and administration of your account. This will ensure that you get the attention you need in a timely manner. 

  • Setting up new jobs, managing the budget, and job costing for projects from start to finish.
  • Implement an electronic receipt scanning system and invoice collection to ensure that all the important information needed for invoicing is collected.
  • Reviewing contractors time sheets to ensure they are accurate.
  • Ongoing support available during normal banking hours.
  • Assist in the bidding process.
  • Attend client / community meetings on behalf of contractors.
  • Obtain documentation, such as permits, RFIs, drawings, and much more.
  • Assist with contract preparation, contact management, change orders, subcontractor documentation, insurance audits, and so much more!
